FAQs

How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to ship out all orders within 48 hours of purchasing and all orders are shipped by USPS ground as required by law. Shipping can take between 3-5 business days depending on distance from our location in Maryland.

How do I choose the right cologne for myself or as a gift?

We offer free sample cards and paid 3ml samples that you can order before committing to a larger order.

Are your products authentic?

We develop custom unique scents using high quality essential oils and a mix of natural/synthetic fragrance oils.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

We use industry standard ingredients and oils for our scents but it’s always possible to have an allergic reaction to these ingredients. If you are aware of any existing allergies, please review the listed ingredients before ordering. If redness on skin appears this may be due to the alcohol drying out the skin, to avoid this spray bottle at arm’s length. If redness appears wash the affected area with soap and water. If redness does not go away within a few hours consider seeking medical attention and please contact our support at [email protected] We will do our best to respond within 48 hours, please provide a picture of affected area and your order number or email used when purchasing. Refer to our Returns Policy and Limitation of Liability Policy for more details.

Can I return or exchange a cologne if I’m not satisfied with the scent?

Of course, send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with return instructions. Return shipping is paid for by customer, returns made within 30 days may receive a full refund. See return Refund and Returns Policy for more details.

How much is shipping and why only in the US?

Shipping is FREE for all our orders regardless of location or quantity. We can currently only ship within the US as there are restrictions on shipping items containing alcohol, we are currently looking into using a non-alcohol base or partnering with international distributors to address this issue.
